Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier used. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. In some cases, promotional offers such as free shipping may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Yokai Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Yokai Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as carrier disruptions, customs delays, or peak shipping seasons.

International Shipping

We may ship to international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
